Merdeka.com – Soldier TNI from the Navy (Lanal) Lhokseumawe, Aceh, found a sack containing methamphetamine drugs on the beach in Seunuddon District, North Aceh Regency. From inside the sack, 22 packets of shabu were found.

The Commander of the Indonesian Navy’s Main Base I (Danlantamal I) First Admiral of the TNI, Johanes Djanarko Wibowo, said that his party secured the sack of drugs after receiving information from intelligence.

“We received intelligence reports that there were suspicions of drug smuggling. Furthermore, Lanal Lhokseumawe carried out investigations and developments, so as to obtain the area where the goods were hidden,” he told reporters, Thursday (14/9).

Johanes explained, on Tuesday (13/9) Lanal Lhokseumawe used the Sea Hunter ship to search the coast of Seunuddon, North Aceh, to look for illegal goods that were reportedly being smuggled by sea.

TNI AL soldiers who were deployed in the operation found the presence of drugs on the beach, precisely in Lhok Puuk Village. However, the perpetrator who supplied it was not caught.

The methamphetamine was then secured to the Lanal Lhokseumawe base and then destroyed by blending it until it was destroyed.

“As directed by Kasal Admiral TNI Yudo Margono, we are always ready to eradicate drug trafficking by sea,” said Johanes Djanarko Wibowo.
