These are the salary details of the four suspects in the ACT case.

Dream – The police revealed that former ACT President Ahyudin’s salary was Rp. 400 million per month and that of ACT President Ibnu Khadjar was Rp. 150 million per month. Both of them have been named as suspects in the case of misappropriation of community funds by the ACT Foundation.

“The salary is around Rp. 50-450 million per month,” said Wadirtipideksus, Bareskrim Polri Kombes Helfi Assegaf during a press conference at the National Police Headquarters, quoted from Merdeka.com.

Meanwhile, the salaries of two other suspects with the positions of ACT advisors, namely Hariyana Hermain and and Novariadi Imam Akbari, reached a value of Rp. 50 to Rp. 100 million.

“The details are A (Ahyudin) Rp. 400 million, IK (Ibnu Khadjar) Rp. 150 million, HH (Hariyana Hermain) and NIA Rp. 50 million to Rp. 100 million,” he explained.

Previously, Ibn Khadjar had revealed the salary that Ahyudin received. The value is IDR 250 million only in early 2021 during a press conference at the ACT Office, last Monday, July 4, 2022.

“Not permanent,” he said.

Ahyudin also had time to speak about his fantastic salary nominal. According to him, the salary or allowance (remuneration) he received at that time was an accumulation of salaries from many institutions, not only from ACT.

“The total remuneration or salary received is the accumulation of many institutions. ACT is only one of many institutions that I have led,” Ahyudin said to reporters, Tuesday, July 5, 2022.

Ahyudin revealed that apart from ACT, there are other institutions such as Global Waqf, Global Zakat, Global Qurban, MRI, DMIII (Disaster Management Institute of Indonesia).

Then under Global Waqf there are also many other institutions, namely, waqf cattle barns, waqf rice barns, waqf water barns and others.

“All of these institutions are under one legal holding association, namely GIP (Global Islamic Philanthropy) where I am the president,” he said.

ACT Founder and President Named as Suspects

Dream – Former ACT President Ahyudin and ACT President Ibnu Khajar were named suspects by the police in the case of misappropriation of humanitarian funds from the Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) agency.

The police also named two other suspects with the positions of ACT advisors, namely Hariyana Hermain and Novariadi Imam Akbari. The four people were named suspects on Monday, July 25, 2022 at 15.50 WIB.

“Regarding the four people mentioned earlier, at 15.50 WIB, they have been named suspects,” said Wadirtipideksus, Bareskrim Polri Kombes Helfi Assegaf at the National Police Headquarters, South Jakarta, quoted from Liputan6.com.

Case Has Been Done

Meanwhile, the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police has also carried out a case title through the Directorate of Special Economic Crimes (Dittipideksus).

“The ACT case will be held later,” said the Director of Special Economic Crimes (Dirtipideksus) of the Indonesian National Police, Brigadier General Pol. Whisnu Hermawan.

The case title is the stage before the investigator determines the suspect. Whisnu said the implementation of the case title was a development of the investigation by investigators.

As of Tuesday, July 19, 2022, investigators have examined 18 witnesses in the case.

Suspect Summon

Regarding this, the Director of the Tipideksus Bareskrim Polri Brigadier General Whisnu Siregar said his party would summon the suspects on Friday, July 29, 2022.

“Then there will be a call to come on Friday,” said Whisnu when contacted Merdeka.com on Tuesday, July 26, 2022.

According to him, they were summoned as suspects to determine whether they were immediately detained or not.

“That’s right (checked whether the suspect is detained or not),” he said.
