Merdeka.com – The Ministry of Manpower stated its readiness to hold the G20 Manpower Ministers Meeting in Bali. The series of meetings will take place on 12-14 September 2022.

The series of activities in Bali consisted of the Sixth G20 Employment Working Group (EWG Meeting), the 2022 G20 OSHNet Annual Meeting, and the G20 Labor and Employment Ministers Meeting (LEMM). .
Previously, the Ministry of Manpower had also held the 1st International Conference on Manpower and Sustainable Development (IMSIDE), which was held on 8-9 September 2022 in Bali.
“This series of meetings will be attended directly by the G20 Minister of Manpower, invited countries, international organizations, as well as a number of engagement groups,” he explained.
The Indonesian G20 presidency in the field of employment carries the main theme of Improving the Employment Condition to Recover Together. The main theme was then reduced to 4 priority issues that were discussed at the EWG meeting.
“Our main target is for G20 countries to agree on the G20 Manpower Ministers’ Declaration which has been discussed at the EWG forum,” he said.
