Juventus approaches Atletico Madrid, wants to bring Alvaro Morata home

Suara.com – Juventus reportedly aiming at the attacker Alvaro Morata from Atlético Madrid in the transfer market this summer.

Quoted from Sky Sports, Tuesday (26/7/2022), Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri Reportedly, Alvaro Morata is the missing piece from the Bianconeri front line which is now filled by Dusan Vlahovic and Angel Di Maria.

Morata has now returned to his home club Atletico Madrid at the end of June 2022 after previously serving on loan at Juventus for two seasons.

Juventus chose to pass up the opportunity to sign Morata from Atletico Madrid for 35 million euros or around Rp531 billion because they wanted a lower fee.

If it fails to land Morata, it is believed that Juventus will turn their eyes to Manchester United striker Anthony Martial or Chelsea’s Timo Werner.

In fact, Juventus have had an interest in Martial since January, but the Frenchman prefers to go on loan to Sevilla.

Last season, Alvaro Morata made 48 appearances in all competitions for Juventus and scored 12 goals and 9 assists from 3,203 minutes played.
