Drug Case, Sukodono Police Chief and 2 Members Fired | merdeka.com

Merdeka.com – Three individuals from the Sukodono Sector Police, Sidoarjo Regency, have undergone an ethics trial at the East Java Police Headquarters, related to drug use some time ago. As a result, the ex-Kapolsek and two of its members were sentenced to Dismissal With Disrespect (PDTH) alias fired.

“The result of the trial was stated by the trial commission, that the person concerned is at PTDH,” said the Head of Public Relations of the East Java Police, Kombes Pol Dirmanto, Thursday (15/9).

Dirmanto confirmed that the three former members police was sentenced to PDTH, because he was legally proven guilty. They previously tested positive for methamphetamine.

However, Dirmanto said that the three former police officers did not accept the decision because the PDTH had decided to do so. They also appealed against the sanctions.

“The person concerned was dismissed by PDTH because he was found guilty of using methamphetamine. But the person concerned made an appeal,” he said.

It is known that the Chief of the Sukodono Police of Sidoarjo, AKP I Ketut Agus Wardana, was arrested by members of the Profession and Security Division (Propam) of the East Java Police at 01.10 WIB, Tuesday, August 23, 2022. He and two other police officers were arrested for using methamphetamine in one of the rooms of the Sukodono Police Headquarters.
