Merdeka.com – Member of Commission III of the DPR from the FactionHabiburokhman said that the work of the National Police in investigating the case of the premeditated murder of Brigadier J was maximized after the suspects were transferred to the Attorney General’s Office.
“With the completeness of the case and the delegation of the case, it means that the task (work) of the Police in conducting the investigation has been completed and has been maximized,” Habib said when confirmed, Friday (7/10).
Habib believes that the public prosecutor in charge of the Ferdy Sambo Cs case will act professionally. According to him, these prosecutors have unquestionable integrity.
“I am sure that the prosecutors will work professionally and with integrity,” he said.
All evidence and suspects of premeditated murder and obstruction of justice in Brigadier J’s case have been handed over to the Attorney General’s Office on Wednesday (5/10).
The suspects of premeditated murder that were delegated to the AGO are Ferdy Sambo, Richard Eliezer, Ricky Rizal, Strong Ma’ruf, and Putri Candrawathi.
The five suspects are suspected of violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code is a subsidiary of Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 of the 1st Criminal Code.
Meanwhile, for the obstruction of justice case, there are a total of seven suspects who will be handed over to the Criminal Investigation Police investigator.
The seven suspects are Ferdy Sambo, Baiquni Wibowo Chuck Putranto Arif Rahman Arifin, Hendra Kurniawan, Agus Nurpatria, Irfan Widyanto.
The suspects are suspected of violating Article 49 in conjunction with Article 33 and/or Article 48 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 32 paragraph (1) Number 19 of 2016 UU ITE. In addition, they were also charged with Article 55 paragraph (1) and/or Article 221 paragraph (1) 2 and/or Article 233 of the Criminal Code.
